Overview

The Business Solutions Configuration Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of business applications and systems. This role will work in collaboration with Business Solutions and Cross-Functional teams to ensure that systems are configured correctly and meet user needs.

In Short

  • Perform configuration responsibilities, including managing user roles and profiles.
  • Support business solutions user access, configuration, and data reconciliation.
  • Configure business solutions according to design specifications.
  • Maintain dashboards, layouts, reports, and user groups.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for business solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support to end users.
  • Participate in business solution testing.
  • Support day-to-day operations with high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business solutions or technical support.
  • Experience with CRM system configurations, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
