Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or RN licensure.
  • Two years of experience with behavioral health conditions.
  • Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with care management for LTSS needs preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid benefits plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
