Overview

The Director of Sales - Pharmacy will leverage their network of healthcare providers to identify and fulfill patients' pharmaceutical needs by facilitating the direct shipment of medications through Pharmacy. This role combines hands-on sales with strategic leadership, as the successful candidate will eventually be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team to expand our reach and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in sales/marketing, healthcare, or science-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device sales.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
