Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our analytics team, focusing on delivering data-driven insights and measurement to optimize paid media campaigns and improve customer acquisition efficiency.

In Short

  • Analyze and monitor marketing performance across Google, Bing, and Facebook Ads.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track core acquisition metrics.
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting cadences and surface performance trends.
  • Evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategies.
  • Support or build attribution models for marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance for budget planning.
  • Design and evaluate creative tests and landing page variants.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for performance trends.
  • Present insights to stakeholders and translate findings into recommendations.
  • Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience in marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital media analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance analysis.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
