Overview

As the Performance Marketing on our rapidly growing team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our highly successful performance marketing program.

In Short

• Set the strategy across all areas of performance marketing.
• Define, set, and report on full-funnel KPIs.
• Execute marketing investment optimization strategies.
• Provide insights based on customer LTV modeling and ROI forecasting.
• Develop recommendations to refine audience targeting and creatives.
• Build, scale, and maintain our marketing stack.
• Champion integration of new data sources and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Fluency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of B2C and digital marketing channels.
• Proven track record in using quantitative analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
