Overview

The Senior Data Analyst for Performance Marketing will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving marketing outcomes for clients in the real estate industry, leveraging a wealth of data to drive insights and recommendations.

• Own performance marketing analytics and collaborate with marketing product teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and a statistical programming language (Python or R).
• 5+ years of analytics experience with a strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience in building predictive/forecasting models.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation systems.
• Experience with Paid Media/Paid Search marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• M.S. in Math, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
