Junior Chargeback Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Chargeback Analyst will assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of purchased loans, ensuring compliance and servicing tasks related to the loan portfolio.

In Short

• Assist Portfolio Manager in identifying chargebacks.
• Send requests for proof of treatment and monitor responses.
• Review proof of treatments for fraud indications.
• Submit chargeback responses accurately and timely.
• Monitor collection vendor performance and remittances.
• Develop operational processes and workflows.
• Identify and alert management to data trends.
• Create feedback loops with providers.
• Participate in special projects for process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
