Chargeback Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Chargeback Analyst is a key member of HAP Tech's FinOps team, overseeing and optimizing the chargeback adjudication process within the pharmaceutical industry.

In Short

• Complete daily bank account registration for new accounts.
• Facilitate bank account updates and assist with holds.
• Reconcile chargeback credit totals in Beacon and SAP.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve chargeback rejections.
• Communicate daily payment amounts to cash accountant.
• Create daily SAP chargeback payments.
• Maintain performance goals for chargeback payments.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of master data.
• Ensure SOC 1 controls are documented and supported.
• Support EDI transaction monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ related business experience.
• Experience in chargeback adjudication preferred.
• Leadership, analytical, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or Accounts Receivable systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive error prevention.
