Disputes & Chargebacks Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Disputes & Chargebacks Analyst at Privacy, your primary responsibility is to protect our users while making the disputes process as easy and seamless as possible for them. You’ll participate in every aspect of the chargeback lifecycle, from communicating with our customers to investigating claims, gathering evidence, and filing chargebacks.

In Short

• Assist users with transaction issues and provide guidance through the disputes process.
• Investigate transactions and refund users for valid dispute claims.
• Become an expert on Visa and Mastercard chargeback processes.
• Build robust chargeback documentation with supporting evidence.
• Manage user accounts impacted by fraud or merchant issues.
• Improve all aspects of the disputes and chargebacks process.
• Provide timely responses to users regarding their chargebacks.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A background in payments and dispute operations is a plus.
