Overview

The Dispute Analyst P2P at Binance will be responsible for arbitrating customer disputes and ensuring a safe trading environment in the P2P market.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; multilingual capability is a plus.
  • Willingness to work weekends and night shifts.
  • Preference for Binance P2P users.
