In Short

• Ensure Customer claims or disputes are acknowledged, processed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the customer, providing monthly feedback on submitted requests.
• Maintain existing reports to verify purchase activity, pricing and shipment dates.
• Analyze data to ensure accurate validation according to Company's Terms and Conditions.
• Analyze claims trends to identify problems in key categories.
• Proactively communicate claims status and other key data information to management.
• Complete daily audits on approved claims & credits.
• Reconcile payments to the general ledger as required.
• Ensure policy and procedures are being followed.
• Identify procedural non-compliance; escalate process gaps to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years' experience in Accounting, AR or Dispute Management.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills and solid organizational skills.
• Committed to Customer satisfaction.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office Suite products.
• Experience with ERP, JD Edwards and Showcase is a plus.
