International Sales Manager RehaCom - Remote

Overview

As an International Sales Manager, you'll drive the international sales of RehaCom, opening new markets worldwide and working within a focused sales team.

In Short

• Drive international sales for RehaCom.
• Open and develop new international markets.
• Manage and expand partner networks.
• Conduct market analyses and develop strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with marketing.
• Participate in international trade fairs.
• Provide training and support to international partners.
• Monitor trends, competition, and regulations.
• Travel approximately 1-2 days per month in Europe.
• Work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days on-site in Magdeburg.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in international sales, preferably in Healthcare IT or software.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of different cultures and international business practices.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
