Business Development Manager II - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the cultivation of new and existing referral sources in the healthcare industry, specifically in orthotics and prosthetics.

In Short

• Achieve clinic and territory revenue objectives.
• Build collaborative relationships with Hanger Clinic team.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing referral sources.
• Conduct extensive new referral source development program.
• Support new hire onboarding and training.
• Monitor territory performance through regular reviews.
• Facilitate solutions around customer service challenges.
• Close sales transactions and follow up as necessary.
• Develop clinic account management plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with local management.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales in the healthcare industry.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
