Order Processing Representative - Remote

In Short

• Manage multiple orders from Account Executives.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Verify order information for completeness.
• Calculate special product pricing.
• Update orders based on changes.
• Provide backup coverage for other order editors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in order processing or customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
