Order Management Representative - Remote

Overview

The Order Management Representative at Arista Networks will work closely with the Sales team and partners to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment, contributing to a seamless customer experience in the APAC region.

In Short

• Process purchase orders from partners and customers.
• Ensure accurate shipping logistics.
• Review key terms on purchase orders for accuracy.
• Follow up on customer-related issues, including RMA requests.
• Support product support inclusion in purchase orders.
• Maintain customer base and service contract information.
• Collaborate with Sales team on customer issues.
• Understand channel and direct sales models.
• Resolve backlogged orders and track cancellations.
• Assist in achieving SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and order management.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and proactive skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.com.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics for the APAC region.
