Cash Management Representative - Remote

Overview

The Cash Management Representative is responsible for providing operational and technical customer service support to the Bank’s current and potential business banking clients. This position offers customer support to resolve routine and/or difficult customer issues and inquiries via the phone and/or email.

• Support activities within the Bank’s Cash Management Platform.
• Handle ACH origination and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Assist with new customer implementation and onboarding.
• Maintain reporting tools for Cash Management Services.
• Support general business banking operations.
• Work from home flexibility available.
• Branch leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations is valuable.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of related work experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash management/treasury management products is a plus.
• Prior branch leadership experience is preferred.
