Accounts Receivable Representative II - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Representative II to join our Strategic Operations Team, focusing on managing B2B/corporate accounts, ensuring timely collections, reconciling payments, and resolving invoice disputes.

In Short

• Manage assigned corporate accounts and ensure timely collections on outstanding balances.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Maintain strong relationships directly with B2B clients.
• Determine write-offs (month end and small amount).
• Apply customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AR-related concerns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for Account Executive review.
• Research returned mail and bank correspondence.
• Independently manage AR and escalations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance experience (corporate/B2B experience is a must).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Gaviti is a plus!
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills are important daily tasks.
• Flexible, team player and able to partner with all levels of management.
• Must be able to work CST or EST hours.
