The Accounts Receivable Representative I plays a critical role within the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely, accurate processing and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Full-time remote position
• Extensive telephone/e-mail contact with customers regarding past-due invoices
• Determine write-offs and make recommendations for collection
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AR-related concerns
• Provide clients with invoice copies and payment confirmations
• Research returned mail and bank correspondence
• Maintain overall aging within department outlined KPI’s
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Flexible team player with effective communication skills
• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Billing experience required

Requirements

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance required
• Above average 10-key speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• Team player available to work overtime when required
