Overview

This position focuses on processing faxed orders and providing excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Full-time position with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Assist customers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources.
  • Verify medical necessity and insurance coverage.
  • Ensure correct paperwork for billing department.
  • Meet department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with call center software and data entry.
  • Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and technology.
