Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with computers and call center software.
  • Experience verifying insurances and submitting Prior Authorizations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
