Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison, providing information on products and services while resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Acts as a liaison for customer inquiries.
  • Promotes confidence in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Responds efficiently to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Engages with customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Completes tasks with minimal supervision and follows standard operations.
  • Exceeds quality, speed, and accuracy metrics.
  • Training is onsite for the first 30 days, then remote.
  • Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must track hours accurately and communicate openly with leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with warranties, returns, and damage claims is a plus.
  • Creativity and customer focus are essential.
  • Ability to engage with customers and exceed service expectations.
  • Must be positive and proactive in all interactions.
  • Ability to lift occasionally and perform physical tasks as needed.
