Overview

The Customer Service Representative will join the Member Production team at Oscar, a health insurance company focused on member service through a technology platform.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data manipulation.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
