Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an energetic, efficient and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Environmental StoneWorks team.

In Short

• Coordinate flow of paper from order entry invoices
• Liaison between warehouse, customers, and office personnel
• Account and Pricing Set Up
• Inside Sales
• Accounts Receivable
• Tracking Shipments
• Contacting customers for correct shipping information
• Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Organized and detail-oriented

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience in customer service
• Experience in building products or related industries is desirable
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time productively
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a nice to have
