Overview

As a Customer Success Representative II at HALO, you will ensure smooth order management processes, provide proactive customer support, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Run daily reports of open orders and follow up as needed.
  • Monitor new orders and document follow-up actions.
  • Review order details for shipping accuracy.
  • Track shipments to confirm on-time delivery.
  • Proactively resolve post-shipment issues.
  • Maintain communication with various stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams.
  • Document all order-related actions in systems.
  • Provide support for other customer service reps.
  • Mentor entry-level representatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Active listening and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible in working independently and in teams.
