Overview

The Customer Success Representative at Karius is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in the healthcare field, including physicians and laboratory personnel, while assisting the field sales team.

In Short

  • Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and help tickets.
  • Communicate with laboratory personnel and physicians.
  • Liaise with Medical Affairs for escalations.
  • Assist production laboratory personnel with sample processing issues.
  • Support Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Work independently and handle customer contacts professionally.
  • Handle Personal Health Information (PHI) with excellence.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Utilize ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Engage in a challenging and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer support/service experience in healthcare.
  • Experience with hospital laboratories preferred.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (Zendesk) and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer contacts professionally.
  • Excellence in handling Personal Health Information (PHI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Office and G Suite skills.
