Overview

The Director, Health Systems is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the adoption of the Karius Test across Health Systems and IDNs, building executive-level relationships and ensuring alignment across various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships or business development.
• Proven success in managing high-value partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Extensive knowledge of the biotech or medical diagnostics industry.
• Familiarity with hospital operations and decision-making processes.
