Overview

The Associate Workforce & Performance Business Partner supports the Workforce & Performance Business Partner function through the execution of strategic workforce initiatives and management of day-to-day business operations.

• Support Workforce & Performance Business Partners in executing workforce initiatives and day-to-day business activities.
• Manage organizational changes, restructures, employee moves, and other workforce-related actions.
• Coordinate processes with Workforce & Performance Centers of Excellence.
• Create internal offer letters and support internal movement processes.
• Assist with compensation reviews and related documentation.
• Draft and coordinate internal communications related to workforce changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
• Support preparation of materials for workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
• 4+ years of proven Human Resources experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions and coordinate effectively.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with interest in process improvement.
• Comfort using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
