Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS with Workday expertise.
• Experience with integrations and internal control frameworks.
• Strong process mapping and systems thinking skills.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics connected to business priorities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Passion for exploring AI tools for automation.
