• We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented HRIS Manager to join our People team.
• You will lead, optimize, and scale our HR technology and compliance programs.
• Ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, and reporting accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR tech stack.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain documentation and controls related to HR compliance.
• Support data audits and maintain high standards of data hygiene.
• Collaborate with IT and Security on role-based access controls.
• 5-8 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations is required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in HRIS, HR operations, or people analytics roles.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance programs.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail and experience with project management.
• Collaborative working style.
