Overview

The HR Manager will support the day-to-day HR management of Optitex and NedGraphics globally, collaborating with the leadership team and reporting to the VP of Human Resources.

• Execute the portfolio HR strategy and ensure alignment with local practices.
• Act as the focal point for HR-related issues for line managers and employees.
• Maintain people data on BambooHR.
• Collaborate with the Finance team for accurate payroll processing.
• Provide guidance on payroll and benefits questions.
• Support line managers in people management issues.
• Assist in the performance review process and career development.
• Manage the full recruitment process including onboarding.
• Conduct training needs analysis and promote learning and development.
• Address employee relations issues proactively.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent HR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in global organizations.
