In Short

• Consulting teams and management on HR topics, mediation of discussions & conflict resolution
• Operational personnel management including contracts, certificates, vacation & absence management, onboarding & offboarding
• Conduct market analyses and develop modern compensation models
• Optimize processes and manage HR projects
• Create appealing job postings and actively approach talents
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR generalist or in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge of labor law & payroll processes
• Strong communication skills & empathy for effective interaction with leaders & employees
• Pragmatic & solution-oriented working style
• Experience with recruiting & employer branding is a plus
• Background from startup, tech, or agency is a plus
