Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success, retention, and growth of enterprise customers, driving adoption of Backblaze's solutions and collaborating with the Sales organization.

In Short

  • Own and drive the success and growth of a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Achieve key commercial metrics including renewals and upsells.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Lead Business Reviews to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Identify high-value growth opportunities for sales.
  • Proactively manage risks to retention and growth.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in a dedicated Enterprise CSM role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Ability to articulate value within complex enterprise use cases.
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
  • Motivated by customer success and growth.
