Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day people operations and administrative work across the employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Provide first-level support for employee benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR documentation and internal confluence pages.
• Monitor and manage the HR inbox.
• Prepare and process HR documents.
• Support HRIS data entry and updates.
• Assist with internal audits and reporting.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Help coordinate HR events and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations Specialist.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information.
• Experience with HR systems such as Greenhouse or Rippling.
• Knowledge of U.S. employee benefits.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative working style.
• Able to learn quickly and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable with change and eager to grow.
