• Full-time remote position in the United States.
• Responsible for customer adoption, engagement, and measurable value realization.
• Create tailored Account Strategies to drive customer outcomes.
• Lead internal and customer teams to remove roadblocks.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health and engagement levels.
• Ensure seamless renewals and expansions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.
• 8+ years of Account Management and/or SaaS platform sales experience required.
• Experience with Fortune 500 Companies is a plus.
