• Own the customer reference and storytelling pipeline.
• Partner with Field, Product, and Growth teams for ABM plays.
• Develop persona-based nurture programs.
• Build customer marketing campaigns for retention and advocacy.
• Measure and optimize programs based on performance.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing.
• Experience with enterprise buyer personas.
• Ability to lead multi-channel campaigns.
• Comfort with marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with video storytelling.
• Bonus: Familiarity with customer database strategy.
