Overview

LastPass is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who will play an important role in driving growth and enhancing engagement within our existing customer base of global accounts. This position involves executing strategic programs that engage key customer stakeholders and optimizing tactics based on campaign assessments.

  • Deliver quarterly end-to-end plans for projects including strategy and performance KPIs.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in demand generation or customer marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Prioritize customer understanding across their journey.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of business goals and effective marketing.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo and Salesforce.com is a plus.
