Overview

LastPass is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive growth and enhance engagement within our existing customer base of global accounts.

In Short

  • Execute strategic programs to engage key customer stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with various departments to drive customer marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver global campaign trainings and messaging.
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks.
  • Work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and apply this knowledge to marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in demand generation or customer marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Willingness to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • An understanding of how business goals translate into effective marketing.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
