In Short

• Manage customer marketing program activities, including developing customer engagement strategies
• Assist in ideating and executing customer campaigns, communicating product launches and new features
• Build an advocate program: establish relationships with customers and recruit potential advocates
• Source and maintain customer advocacy pipelines supporting target personas and market segments
• Plan customer events such as System Administrator Day
• Build communications for customers, including newsletters
• Maximize effectiveness of go-to-market efforts utilizing customer content for campaigns
• Work with global marketing teams to incorporate customers into regional marketing activities
• Monitor Vasion’s presence on review sites and manage review budgets
• Partner with Sales and Product Management on advocacy activities
