In Short

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective healthcare clients.
• Design and present customized technical solutions for EPIC systems.
• Lead technical proof-of-concept projects and pilot implementations.
• Respond to complex RFPs and technical questionnaires.
• Collaborate with sales teams on technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical expert on EPIC integration methodologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC's integration tools.
• Stay current with EPIC's roadmap and new releases.
• Provide technical guidance on EPIC certification requirements.
• Support customers through EPIC App Orchard submission processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EPIC EHR systems.
• Strong understanding of EPIC's technical architecture.
• Proficiency with EPIC integration tools.
• Experience with healthcare data standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability protocols and APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and modern integration patterns.
