Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Finite State, you will support product security teams in creating transparency for connected devices and supply chains, helping to mitigate product risks and protect against vulnerabilities.

In Short

• Serve as an expert on Finite State’s product and market.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Perform tailored platform demonstrations for prospects.
• Manage Proof of Value projects to optimize value.
• Document and manage prospect expectations and RFPs.
• Drive platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Track and manage customer account health.
• Advocate for customer needs and security requirements.
• Represent Finite State at conferences and trade shows.
• Build prompt libraries and internal AI playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B account management in product security.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
• Knowledge of firmware and embedded software.
• Project management skills for client coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools.
• Team player with a passion for solving customer problems.
