Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Build and enhance AWS Cloud Infrastructure and on-premise deployments.
• Fully automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Propose, plan, and lead projects to update and improve infrastructure.
• Act as a thought leader in leveraging AWS and Cloud technologies.
• Maintain strong Cybersecurity discipline and support security audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet system requirements.
• Work with software developers to balance velocity, reliability, security, and cost.
• Develop tooling for testability, deployments, and observability.
• Promote a healthy DevOps culture of accountability.
• Mentor and coach other Infrastructure Engineering team members.

Requirements

• Experience managing development and production environment infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Linux.
• Proficiency in AWS technologies for security and networking.
• Experience with Python and shell scripting.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and metrics.
• Experience in automating and managing system support.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during production incidents.
