Senior Sales Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for our North American Solutions Engineering team to provide leadership in working with both technical and business executives in the design, architecture, and deployment of H2O.ai solutions as a critical component of their enterprise data architecture and overall ecosystem.

In Short

• Apply expertise while presenting H2O.ai technology to executives and technical contributors.
• Drive innovation in H2O.ai technologies with product management and sales teams.
• Understand customer needs and strategize on winning sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Product team to influence product roadmaps.
• Support pipeline building through events and marketing efforts.
• Create reference architectures and best practices based on field experience.
• Respond to technical product questions across H2O technology suite.
• Demo key components of H2O.ai technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technology architecture experience.
• 3+ years of Cloud Provider customer-facing application development experience.
• Experience with technical architecture diagrams and multiple deployment strategies.
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with on-prem and/or cloud software.
• Consultative selling experience is an asset.
• Experience with programming languages (R, Python, Java) for machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and data libraries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
