Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to own customer relationships, maximize retention, and drive account expansion within a dedicated Book of Business (BoB).

In Short

  • Manage a dedicated BoB, ensuring high engagement and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Guide customers through key moments to maximize value realization and reduce churn.
  • Identify and execute on growth opportunities by addressing customer pain points.
  • Own outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing within existing accounts.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize accounts for maximum impact.
  • React quickly to customer needs while maintaining a strategic approach.
  • Align with internal teams to provide best-in-class service.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Sales.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data and assess account health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Experience in managing a large book of business.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute targeted outreach.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Gusto’s products and customer pain points.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt.
