• Provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Research and resolve payroll tax notices.

• Communicate with government agencies on behalf of customers.
• Manage time effectively to meet goals.
• Handle a queue of tax notices daily.
• Participate in team meetings and support fellow advocates.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of payroll experience; notice resolution experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and proactive in improving processes.
