As a Claims Resolution Adjuster at Allstate, you will work remotely to investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of claims experience, preferably in Casualty Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and meet internet requirements.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Regular attendance is essential for this role.
• Engagement in virtual meetings and training is required.
• Ability to handle multiple roles including investigator and negotiator.
