In Short

  • Introduce a wide range of providers and community members to Guidelight and our programs.
  • Identify high value targets across the state.
  • Partner with leadership to craft and execute a strategic plan to efficiently connect with providers.
  • Manage initial conversations and meetings with providers.
  • Be a valuable source of information to the community you serve.
  • Act as consultant to professionals and families looking to access services.
  • Work collaboratively with admissions to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Guidelight’s programs and clinical differentiators.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM system to manage daily outreach activity.
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the greater Seattle market.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential clinical partners.
  • Strong time management skills and the DNA of a goal-oriented self-starter.
  • Comfort with video conferencing, leading and scheduling meetings, and HubSpot.
