Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for developing industry and location-based accounts, setting up quality appointments for the Account Executives, and providing an excellent client experience as the first impression of Experian.

In Short

  • Develop industry and location-based accounts and set up quality appointments for the Account Executives.
  • Manage account lists of contacts.
  • Strategize emails, calls, and social outreach (prospecting).
  • Manage sales pipeline through vetting, qualification, and prioritization.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Experian's products and services.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership.
  • Aim to develop skills with a strong learning and teaching mindset.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager.
  • Base Salary is $55k - $60k plus commission.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience in outbound or SDR/BDR Roles.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Prior experience in financial services or data/technology sectors.
  • Experience with prospecting tools, such as SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
  • Highly self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable to change.
  • Willingness to participate in professional development activities.
