• Work with Guesty’s business and product teams to craft and implement comprehensive GTM strategies.
• Focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing product activation.
• Craft differentiated PLG upsell strategies and campaigns targeting specific user segments.
• Develop key product value propositions into engaging messaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring ideas to life.
• Forge partnerships with cross-functional teams including product, sales, success, and marketing.
• Native English speaker with strong communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
• B.A graduate in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• Passion for brand, design, infographics, and storytelling.

Requirements

• Strong methodical approach to planning and executing projects.
• Experience in applying design sprints and service design methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently in a high-paced environment.
• Optimistic, team player, fast learner, and curious.
