Overview

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving growth in diagnostic pathology and precision oncology accounts by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and increasing tissue testing volume.

In Short

  • Drive overall 360 tissue volume in assigned regions.
  • Promote adoption of precision oncology diagnostics.
  • Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and negotiate pricing.
  • Target and close new business opportunities in pathology accounts.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts for client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Forecast sales and manage account pipelines via CRM.
  • Facilitate obtaining necessary agreements for tissue processing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in account management in pathology sales or diagnostics.
  • Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue based NGS / CGP testing.
  • Familiarity with pathology workflows and molecular diagnostics.
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated track record in consultative sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel >50% within territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pathology, or related field required.
