The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives within a designated region, focusing on the promotion of early cancer detection products.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role in medical or diagnostics.
  • 3+ years in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven revenue generation in diagnostics or biotechnology.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales metrics tracking.
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred.
